Andrew Lennox, Director and Principal Planner

Andrew has been a town planner and project manager since 2001 who founded Lennox Planning and Development in September 2016 with a passion to provide cost-effective and professional town planning services to clients from a wide variety of sectors within Queensland.

Andrew holds the following qualifications and certifications:

• Bachelor of Environmental Planning, Griffith University
• Master of Business Administration, Christian Heritage College
• Registered Town Planner, Planning Institute of Australia
• Justice of the Peace, Queensland Government

Andrew was previously the Planning and Development Manager of a growing Christian School group based in Queensland with schools in four States of Australia. He is happily married with three children.

Wendy Santana, Senior Planner

Wendy joined Lennox Planning and Development in May 2019 and has become an integral part of the professional consulting team.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Planning from Griffith University in 2003 and has a diversity of experience across State Government in Queensland and Western Australia and in private consulting.  She has particular interest and experience in transport planning, industrial planning and community engagement and has worked on some large marquee projects and policy initiatives.
